All orders placed with The Flower House are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Our prices are inclusive of VAT and include delivery to the suburbs listed on our website.
- Any deliveries to suburbs not listed are subject to an additional delivery fee. Please check with us that we can in fact deliver to an area not listed on our website, by emailing us at email email@example.com prior to ordering.
- Your order will be dispatched once we have confirmation that payment has been received, via EFT or our Payfast facility. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, this will help in guaranteeing delivery within the time frame that afternoon.
- We would like to deliver to a person at the delivery address. Please ensure someone is at your delivery address between 12.30 and 17.30 on the requested day to receive your order. If no one is available to receive the flowers at that address, we’re unable to guarantee re-delivery that same day nor can we guarantee the quality of the flowers in that specific bunch should they be re-delivered the next day.
- The flower bunches featured each Tuesday morning will be similar to those bunches delivered for the remainder of that working week, Tuesday to Friday. We arrange fresh blooms every morning, so there might be a variation in some of the flower bunches depending on availability.
- Orders placed between 09:00 and 12:00 (noon) will be delivered the same day before 17:30, unless we are sold out. Orders received after 12:00 (noon) will be delivered the following day unless you wish to designate a future date for delivery.
